Remove tapes and provide smooth, cleanable surface within 1 <br /> week. <br /> Observed wood board coming off wall under left 3 comp sink drainboard. Repair/seal with cleanable material and provide <br /> smooth cleanable surface within 2 weeks. <br /> Observed missing cove tile under 3 comp sink left drainboard. Provide cove tile within 2 weeks. <br /> Observed holes in ceiling near 3 D Atosa reach-in. Repair holes within 2 weeks and provide smooth, cleanable surface. <br /> Observed holes in wall under prep sink, around kitchen hand sink waste pipe, and around 3 comp sink/dishwasher waste <br /> pipe. Repair/seal holes within 2 weeks and provide smooth cleanable surface. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:The walls/ceilings shall have durable,smooth,nonabsorbent,light-colored,and washable surfaces. All floor <br /> surfaces, other than the customer service areas, shall be approved, smooth, durable and made of nonabsorbent material that is easily <br /> cleanable.Approved base coving shall be provided in all areas,except customer service areas and where food is stored in original <br /> unopened containers. Food facilities shall be fully enclosed. All food facilities shall be kept clean and in good repair.
