Repair/seal with cleanable material and provide smooth cleanable surface within 2 weeks. Observed missing cove tile under 3 comp sink left drainboard. Provide cove tile within 2 weeks. Observed holes in ceiling near 3 D Atosa reach-in. Repair holes within 2 weeks and provide smooth, cleanable surface. Observed holes in wall under prep sink, around kitchen hand sink waste pipe, and around 3 comp sink/dishwasher waste pipe. Repair/seal holes within 2 weeks and provide smooth cleanable surface. CALCODE DESCRIPTION:The walls/ceilings shall have durable,smooth,nonabsorbent,light-colored,and washable surfaces. All floor surfaces, other than the customer service areas, shall be approved, smooth, durable and made of nonabsorbent material that is easily cleanable.Approved base coving shall be provided in all areas,except customer service areas and where food is stored in original unopened containers.
