T-611 <br />March 30th 2019 Stockton, CA <br />Page 2 of 26 <br />INTRODUCTION <br /> <br /> <br />TEAM Industrial services, provided on-site inspection services in accordance with STI SP001 Standard & <br />guidelines for Aboveground Storage Tanks (ASTs) to establish the current condition of Tank No. T-611 at the <br />Community Fuels Plant Stockton, CA. <br /> <br />This report is being provided to document these inspection findings based on the inspections performed and to <br />summarize the evaluation of the AST assessment in accordance with the guidelines of STI SP001 as applicable. <br />It should be noted that this is the initial inspection performed on T-611. <br /> <br />The owner / user is ultimately responsible for establishing the final suitability for service of Tank No. T-611 <br />using the current condition of this tank as detailed herein and the decisions made by the owner / user in <br />satisfying STI SP001 guidelines for continued operation / repair / alteration / modification as appropriate, <br />subject to the following conditions being met: <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
