T-611 <br />March 30th 2019 Stockton, CA <br />Page 10 of 26 <br />4.0 SUMMARY / RECOMMENDATIONS (CONT’D) <br /> <br /> <br />4.3 NOZZLES <br /> <br />Visual (VT) inspection noted all nozzles are in acceptable condition at this time. <br /> <br />It should be noted that product level gauge, tank fill monitoring and spill control devices will be installed prior <br />to putting the tank in service per client. <br /> <br /> <br />4.4 CONE ROOF <br /> <br />The cone roof has insulation present. Visual (VT) inspection found the roof insulation in acceptable condition <br />at this time. <br /> <br />The roof thickness measurements, obtained from the TML (thickness monitoring location) spots present on the <br />roof as mentioned earlier found the roof in acceptable condition. <br /> <br />The roof nozzles and manway are in acceptable condition at this time based on visual (VT) inspection. <br />Ultrasonic testing of the roof nozzles found them in acceptable condition. <br /> <br />It should be noted that tank-venting devices would be installed prior to putting the tank in service per client. <br /> <br /> <br />4.5 ASSOCIATED PIPING <br /> <br />It should be noted that the external piping / product lines would be installed prior to putting the tank in <br />service per client. <br /> <br /> <br />The tank inspection was performed to establish integrity and obtain base line thicknesses for determination of <br />corrosion intervals during future inspection. <br />
