T-611 <br />March 30th 2019 Stockton, CA <br />Page 11 of 26 <br />5.0 INSPECTION CHECKLISTS <br /> <br />CONDITION CODE PRIORITIES <br /> <br />CONDITION CODE DEFINITIONS <br />Code A: Unsafe condition, repairs critical to tank integrity (e.g. bottom / shell repairs) - Out of compliance with current STI / SP001 standards. <br />Positive action must be taken prior to continued service. <br />Code B: Recommendation involving inspection findings that do not have immediate safety or environmental implications, but through continued <br />deterioration could eventually become a Code A condition. Recommendations also address out-of-compliance with current STI / SP001 standards <br />with no damage or failure noted. Further Engineering evaluation required. Assessed and documented prior to continued service. <br />Code C: No action required non-critical pertinent findings / suggestions. Monitor for continued deterioration. <br />Code D: Acceptable - In compliance w/ STI / SP001 Standards - No action required <br /> <br />5.1 FOUNDATION & CONTAINMENT <br /> <br />Item Description Condition Comment <br />F-1 <br />Inspect foundation for damage such as cracks in <br />concrete, exposed reinforcement, soil erosion, <br />settlement, washout, voids under AST, etc. <br />Code D Foundation is in acceptable condition <br />F-2 Search for indications of leakage. Not <br />Applicable Tank is not in-service <br />F-3 Inspection for soil resting against the AST covering part <br />of the shell or bottom edge projection. <br />Not <br />Applicable Tank is Elevated <br />F-4 <br />Inspect condition of secondary containment. Berms / <br />walls, penetrations, capacity, foreign materials or liquids <br />in containment area. <br />Code D Secondary containment houses 11 other tanks. <br />There are 4 containment sumps present. <br />F-5 <br />Inspect for standing water against the AST and the <br />indication of drainage problems with the containment <br />drain system. <br />Code D Tank is Elevated, sump drains are operational <br />F-6 Inspect accessible areas of leak detection details, spill <br />control and CRDM, if present. Code D Tank is Elevated for CRDM and insulated. <br />Containment is on acceptable condition. <br />F-7 <br />Inspect condition of supports, if present: Note whether <br />supports connect securely to both foundation and AST. <br />Note Support type and quantity. <br />Code D Tank Structural Supports are acceptable and <br />properly secured to the foundation. <br />F-8 Check the tank for grounding connections. Ensure <br />straps are secured and in good condition. <br />Not <br />Applicable <br />Tank is not in service and has no grounding <br />connections <br />F-9 <br />Inspect condition of pathways and containment access <br />points.
