Recommendations also address out-of-compliance with current STI / SP001 standards <br />with no damage or failure noted. Further Engineering evaluation required. Assessed and documented prior to continued service. <br />Code C: No action required non-critical pertinent findings / suggestions. Monitor for continued deterioration. <br />Code D: Acceptable - In compliance w/ STI / SP001 Standards - No action required <br /> <br />
