If the waste is deemed non-hazardous, we will need lab analysis to confirm the waste determination. If waste will be disposed as hazardous waste, then all we need is a copy of the hazardous waste manifest. A confirmation sample of the residual soil, we will need a copy of the lab analysis results. Please be advised that all efforts from the EHD to collect the requested documentation will be billed until the complaint is abated. I have reached out to Ancon Services, they have not disposed of the 20-yard roll-off bin containing the contaminated soil because they have not been able to obtain a signature from the responsible party in order to dispose of the waste. Can you provide a contact that will be able to sign for the manifest and the required documentation?
