SAN JOAQUIN
COUNTY
Greatness grows here.
From: Muro, Claudia [EHD]
Sent: Wednesday, January 19, 2022 3:09 PM
To: Nicholas Gyore <ngyore@nationalclaims.net >; Armendarez, Juan J@DOT <juan.arnnendarez@dot.ca.gov>;
poncho2000@live.com
Cc: norms@anconservices.com ; Jason Morgan <[asonmo@anconservices.com >; Manzo, Elena K. [EHD]
<emanzo@sjgov.org>
Subject: RE: Hwy 120 and 1-5
Importance: High
Hi Nicholas, et al.,
Thank you very much for your response to my email. I spoke to the contractors at Ancon Services on Jan. 14, 2022. They
reported they have not disposed of the contaminated soil (one 20-yard roll-off bin) because they have been having
trouble obtaining a signature from the responsible party (required for disposal). We also need a copy of the soil
confirmation sample analysis, to which point if the results for the analysis show values above the hazardous level,
additional cleanup will be required. Additionally, if the soil is to be disposed of as non-hazardous waste, we will need
documentation confirming the soil is non-hazardous.
Thank you,
Claudia Muro, REHS
Registered Environmental Health Specialist
San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department
1868 E Hazelton Ave., Stockton, CA 95205
Mobile: (209) 561-89231 Main Office: (209) 468-3420
.. - --.0K--'• , SAN JOAQUIN
,
/
,10 0-1 - _
From: Nicholas Gyore <ngyore@nationalclairns.net >
Sent: Tuesday, December 28, 2021 12:53 PM
To: Muro, Claudia [EHD] <cmuro@sjgov.org>; Armendarez, Juan J@DOT <jinn.armendarez@dot.ca.gov>;
poncho2000@live.com
Cc: norms@anconservices.com ; Jason Morgan <jasonnno@anconservices.com >; Manzo, Elena K.
