The Farm Bureau alleges that <br /> asbestos fibers may move into ground water where they may <br /> pollute shallow ground water (letter attached) . Staff <br /> believes that it is unlikely that asbestos fibers will be <br /> mobilized since leachate has not been generated in either of ' <br /> '. 4 the two waste management units where asbestos disposal is <br /> proposed.
