Box 6336 <br /> Stockton, CA 95206 <br /> GROUND WATER MONITORING AT FORWARD LANDFILL, SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY (CASE #2209) <br /> At the initial Comprehensive Monitoring Examination meeting On 11 January 1988, <br /> Fred Diaz of Beta Associates gave Tim Crandall a packet of laboratory results for <br /> ground water samples collected at the Forward Landfill. In reviewing those <br /> results, Tim found that a few analyses were missing. <br /> The chain-of-custody form for samples collected on 22 October 1987 indicates <br /> samples were taken from monitoring well #5. Where are the analyses for these <br /> samples? We also need copies of the chain-of-custody forms for the 24 July 1987, <br /> 14 August 1987, and 10 September 1987 samplings. These missing documents are part <br /> of a monitoring program report, as defined in Section 13267 of the California <br /> Water Code (CWC) . Failure to submit such a report could result in administrative <br /> fines under CWC Section 13268. We have been requesting the analyses since <br /> November 1987.
