The Discharger shall determine at each sampling whether there is a statistically significant increase over water quality protection standards for each parameter and constituent analyzed. Ground Water Quality Protection Standards: New monitoring wells were installed at the Forward waste management facility during the summer of 1987. Once four quarters of sampling data have been obtained for the background wells MW -6 and MW -8, background values for the ground water indicator parameters will be calculated. Upon acceptance and/or revision by the Board, these background values will be. used as Water Quality Protection Standards.
