Her duties include: <br />a. Overall direction and general administration of laboratory <br />personnel; <br />b. Overall direction of the Quality Assurance Program; <br />c. Recruitment, hiring, assignment and evaluation of personnel; <br />d. Facilities planning, evaluation and purchase of analytical <br />instruments; <br />e. Review of all work procedures and practices; <br />f. Release of analytical data to clients; <br />--- g. Support ofmarketingand client development activities; <br />h. Support of proposals, bids, pricing and quotations. <br />
