El <br />MONITORING AND REPORTING PROGRAM <br />FORWARD INCORPORATED <br />WASTE MANAGEMENT FACILITY <br />CLASS II LANDFILLS <br />CLASS III LANDFILLS <br />CLASS II SURFACE IMPOUNDMENT <br />CLASS II LAND TREATMENT UNIT <br />CLOSURE OF CLASS I LANDFILL <br />SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY <br />ME <br />These wells will also be used to measure ground water elevations on a monthly <br />basis for the first year and quarterly thereafter. From these measurements, <br />hydraulic gradients and ground water flow velocities will be calculated and <br />submitted to the Regional Board. Ground water elevation data will be submitted <br />to the Board as ground water elevation contour maps. The wells of this <br />monitoring network shall constitute the "points of compliance" with respect to <br />ground water. The locations of these wells are shown on Attachment E. Samples <br />from all monitoring wells shall be analyzed for ground water indicator <br />parameters.
