WCAT990794133 <br /> The Department of Health Services (DHS) , Toxic Substances Control <br /> Division, Region 1, the U.S. Environmental Protection- Agency <br /> (EPA) , and the Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control <br /> Board (CVRWQCB) have reviewed the Closure Plan dated September, <br /> 1987, with additional documents and a final revision dated April <br /> 11 1988. The plan is for the closure of the hazardous waste unit <br /> (Waste Management Unit A) of the facility which received mainly <br /> non-RCRA waste. <br /> Pursuant to Title 22 and Title 23 of the California Code of <br /> Regulations and the regulations adopted pursuant to the Resource <br /> Conservation and Recovery Act, 42 USG, Section 6901, et. seq. , <br /> your Closure Plan is determined to be complete with the enclosed <br /> conditions (Attachment A) , yet to be approved by EPA. <br /> The Closure Plan and the Negative Declaration for the California <br /> Environmental Quality Act (CEQ ) have undergone public review and <br /> comment from JQly 1, 1988, through July 29, 1988. No comments <br /> were received during the Public Notice period with the exception <br /> of EPA. Comments made by EPA are reflected in the Closure <br /> Conditions. <br />
