This revised plan must address the
following parameters:
• Silver
• Endrin
• Lindane
• Methoxychlor
Toxaphene
• 2,4-D
2,•4-5 TP Silver
Monthly groundwater contour maps must be constructed. These
contour maps should have the waste management units
illu.-Arated for reference. Ir for any month, a contour map
shows influence from sources other than those discussed in
the R.NOD, a report mur ` be submitted to identify and discuss
possible sources within 45 days after identification. If a
vertical diffexentiai head greater than 4.25 feet is found
at paired wells on-site, a report rust be submitted within
45 days that includes reviFed fluw nets and a detailed
discussion of the possible causes for the differential head.
- A workplan must be submitted to DHS for review*, within 60
calendar days of Closure Plan hpp-roval, that describes how
the following tasks will be accomplished:
1) Definition of aquifer characteristics and degree of
interconnection between the lc:oer and upper zones of
the uppermost aqui ter.
2) Replacement of wells that de not provide acceptable
samples and measurements thrcuyhout the year.
3) Construction of at leant one additional downgradient
groundwater monitoring well to augment the unmonitored ,
area downgradinnt cf the hazardous waste management
unit in the northeast corner of the site.
4) Determination of approximate groundwater flow rates.
A more extensive cnnf rmatior, plan and schedule
must be submitted if w<-ste is fcun9 :r•.:tside the wilste
man<jr-je,:ent unit.
