I <br />reviewed the records. According to <br />the records, this site was receiv- <br />ing less than 1500 cubic yards per <br />day. They are permitted to receive <br />3000 cubic yards per day. <br />17637 Subsurface Subsurface records in the form of C <br />Records contour maps, as builts and depth <br />to groundwater data are maintained <br />by the operator. They are kept in <br />the office on site. I reviewed the <br />records. <br />17638 Special A log of special occurrences is C <br />Occurrence maintained in a book kept in the <br />on-site office. I reviewed the log. <br />17639 Inspection of Records were available for inspect- C <br />Records ion in the on-site office during <br />normal business hours. I inspected <br />the records. <br />17646 Availability There are seven employees at this C <br />site: one operations manager, one <br />office manager and five site per- <br />sonnel. I saw no evidence that site <br />operations were impaired by a lack <br />of personnel. <br />17647 Training I saw no evidence that site opera- C <br />tions were impaired by a lack of <br />training. <br />17648 Supervision Rick Vidas, Operations Manager, was C <br />present and accompanied me on parts <br />of this inspection.
