Compliance Agreement, Facility No. 39 -AA -0017
Dear Mr. Basco:
This is in response to your September 29, 1988 letter and
compliance agreement for the Forward Inc. Disposal Site. We have
reviewed the compliance agreement and are still unclear as to what
plans and/or procedures are going to be implemented to make sure that
these violations will not happen again in the future.
For example, you could establish a quality control program with self
inspections at the site each day to insure all areas are properly
covered. Your own response to Section 17742 in the compliance
agreement is another good example of what we are looking for.
Therefore, please formulate a plan and/or procedure for making sure
that each of the following sections stay in compliance:
'Section - 17677 Spreading and Compacting
Section - 17678 Slopes and Cuts
Section - 17682 Cover
Section - 17684 Intermediate Cover
Section - 17707 Vector and Bird Control
Z% second state inspection will , , .
e con'duced.a
as Soon as we received
your response on this matter.
