Cover materiel from the stockpile on site is <br /> transported by thescraper and ' laoed in minimum 6 inch <br /> thick layers , after compaction , on a daily basis . No waste <br /> is visible when the cell is completed . The ton and aide <br /> slope surfaces of a completed cell not covered within one <br /> week by another cell is covered with a layer of about 12 <br /> inches of compacted soil .
