Several items which still have <br />to be undertaken are the placement of the synthetic liner under the swale in the southwest <br />corner of the site, the final grading of the topsoil surface, the compaction of the perimeter <br />drainage ditches, and the final survey of the cap. <br />At this moment, a realistic date for submitting the completed report to your office is <br />October 18, 1989, weather permitting.
