the Department of any detection of anthropogenic waste <br /> constituents at any groundwater monitoring well at the Forward <br /> Landfill where those constituents were not previously detected. <br /> Such notification shall be made to the Department within 7 days <br /> of the date the Permittee becomes aware of a laboratory analysis <br /> reporting such detection. <br /> 15. As of the <br /> date of issuance of this Permit Modification, <br /> e Department has determinedthat the Approved Post-Closure Plan <br /> is consistent with the other xequirements of this -Permit <br /> Modification, including -but not limited to the requirements <br /> . imposed by the regulations cited in Attachment A. In the event <br /> s <br /> of any later conflict between such other requirements and the <br /> Approved Post-Closure Plan, such other requirements shall be <br /> controlling. <br /> 16.
