post-closure activities with respect to Waste Management Unit A <br /> in accordance with the procedures and requirements set forth in <br /> the Approved Post-Closure Plan, as may be revised subject to <br /> approval by the Facility Permitting Branch Chief. <br /> 12. When monitoring the Waste Management Unit A monitoring <br /> well network for constituents of concern and monitoring <br /> parameters which are in detection monitoring, Permittee shall <br /> follow the procedures set forth in Section 5.4.3.3 of the <br /> Approved Post-Closure Plan regarding determination of,--and <br /> notification to the Department of, statistically significant <br /> -evidence of a release. <br /> 13. If Permittee determines after the effective date of <br /> this Permit Modification that there is statistically significant <br /> evidence, as defined by the procedures set forth in Section <br /> 5.4.3.3 of the approved Post-Closure Plan, of a release from an <br /> area of the facility other than waste Management Unit A, the <br /> Permittee shall notify the Department within 15 days of such <br /> determination. The Department shall evaluate any evidence of <br /> such release, and if necessary, require the Permittee to <br /> institute additional Corrective Actions pursuant to <br /> Section 25159.7 of the California Health and Safety Code and <br /> Title 22, Cal. Code of egs. , Section 66264.100. <br /> 14. Notwithstanding the notification to the Department of <br /> statistically significant evidence of releases as described in ° <br /> above requirements B.12. and .13. , the Permittee shall notify <br />
