COMPLAINANT STATES HER BOYFRIEND HAD THE AHI TUNA AND WITHIN AN <br /> HOUR OF EATING HE BEGAN FEELING STRANGE. COMPLAINANT STATES THAT THE SYMPTOMS BEGAN WITH <br /> PRESSURE IN THE HEAD AND FEELING HOT. COMPLAINANT STATES THE SYMPTOMS BECAME WORSE WITH <br /> HALLUCINATIONS, CRAMPS, ODD SENSATION TO THE BODY WHEN TOUCHED,ABNORMALLY THIRST,VOMITING <br /> (20-30 TIMES)DIARRHEA,AND A PEPPERY TASTE IN THE MOUTH. COMPLAINANT STATES SYMPTOMS LASTED <br /> 2-3 HOURS. NO DOCTOR WAS SEEN, SYMPTOMS HAVE SUBSIDED. COMPLAINANT IS CONCERNED THAT IT <br /> COULD BE SCOMBROID FISH POISONING. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe.
