The manager states that the tuna steaks are purchased frozen from Jetro Cash&Carry. The tuna steaks are distributed by Sea Delight, LLC 12514 W Atlantic Blvd., Coral Springs, FL 33071 (305-594-9797/877-689-4060).Tuna steaks on site this date have a date of 4-10-2025. Tuna is a product of Indonesia-Wild Caught.The tuna is stored in the freezer until it is thawed in the walk-in cooler.After thawing,the individually wrapped tuna steaks are stored in the walk-in cooler or in one of the two 2-door True prep units until needed for an order.
