Please note, the site does not yet have an approved CERS submittal. Item #9 on the approval letter states <br />"the UST submittal must be approved by EHD prior to scheduling the final inspection." We will tentatively log your <br />request for inspection. If a complete and accurate CERS submittal has not been submitted by the site owner/operator <br />and approved by our department prior to the scheduled inspection time, the final inspection will need to be canceled <br />and rescheduled for a date after approval has been issued. <br />Re: 4850 S.
