Any potential leaks from piping and fuel filters drain directly into UDCs. <br />Deflector plates were installed. Conversion frames were not needed. <br />Verified installation of liquid and vapor tightness components (shroud boots and band clamps for spill containers, appropriate <br />rubber -type gasket or clamps on lids on all fill, vent, and STP sumps, etc.) <br />Verified measurement of overfill prevention drop tubes. Verified 95% tank volume shut-off and functionality. <br />Witnessed 1 -hour hydrostatic spill bucket testing. Passed. Verified minimum 5 -gallon capacity. Verified drainage. <br />Witnessed functionality testing of the monitoring system, including all liquid and vacuum sensors. <br />Facility is NOT approved to receive fuel. <br />Facility is NOT approved to operate. <br />Additional inspections are needed. Refer to the approval letter dated 2/15/2023. <br />The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br />Safety Code.
