2. Provide all contractors with the Leprino Foods - Tracy hot work safety, ammonia <br />line breaking, confined space entry, plant entry and security, and lockout/tag-out <br />requirements. <br />3. Require that contractor evaluation and training interviews will be conducted for all <br />contractors who perform work at the Leprino Foods - Tracy . Both parties must <br />initial the document. This document with the approval signature must be <br />completed before work associated with the anhydrous ammonia system is <br />performed. <br /> Third Party Contractors <br />1. Perform all contracts with Leprino Foods Company, Tracy, CA Plant in <br />accordance with the requirements of OSHA 29 CFR 1910.119(h). <br />2. Complete the Leprino Foods Company, Tracy, CA Plant contractor qualification <br />form and associated training, before performing anhydrous ammonia related <br />work at the Leprino Foods - Tracy. <br />Operators <br />1. Participate as assigned in the contractor evaluation and training document <br />interview and approval process with all contractors who will perform work at <br />anhydrous ammonia related work at Leprino Foods - Tracy. <br />NOTE: This step may also be performed by the ammonia refrigeration system <br />operators as designated by the PSM coordinator, Ben Schlegelmilch, <br />Engineering Manager. <br />2. Coordinate the activities of Leprino Foods Company, Tracy, CA Plant employees, <br />contractors, and employees working on anhydrous ammonia refrigeration <br />equipment. <br />3. Verify that refrigeration contractors working on or near the refrigeration process <br />are qualified by a signed and current Leprino Foods - Tracy Contractor <br />Evaluation Form.
