Complaint Investigation Summary Report* 5105 <br />COMPLAINT ID: COY002SVC Site Location: 3401 S WHISKEY SLOUGH RD, STOCKTON CA <br />Activity Summary <br />Activity Date Recorded by <br />03/08/2023 Arrived on site, met with Fernando Avila, Manager of Whiskey Slough Marina, who SAETERN <br />stated they heard a woman screaming for help early morning. He had went to <br />investigate and noticed police officers were on scene. He walked along the levee <br />and did not observed any car light in the water nor observed sheen on the water. <br />Walked on top of the levee, for approximately 300 yards west away from the blue <br />warehouse building with Fernando, did not observed sheen on the water. Photos <br />obtained. <br />Phoned Andrew Taylor, 530-768-4767, Biologist of Fish & Wildlife. Per Andrew, he <br />went out onto the site and did not observed sheen on the water. CHP was in the <br />process of getting a salvage crew to remove the Toyota Camery out of the water. <br />According to Andrew, approximately 20 gallon of gasoline was in the car tank <br />when it went into the water. Per Andrew, he will send the photos that he had <br />received from the Deputy Boyd of the Sheriff Department and photos he had taken <br />himself. <br />Phoned Deputy Boyd, 209-938-7684, who stated he was there to assist CHP. <br />They were the one that conducted the clean-up. Per Deputy Boyd, the vehicle was <br />removed from the site by CHP. No clean-up was conducted because no sheen <br />was observed in the water. Per Deputy Boyd, Fish & Wildlife was on site and they <br />did not collect samples because there was no sheen on the water that can be <br />taken. <br />Updated J. Alaniz, REHS Lead Sr. <br />03/17/2023 Abating complaint. Generated photo log. Print file and drop off to J. Alaniz's inbox. SAETERN <br />04/13/2023 Received emailed from J. Salwolke of accounting requesting for responsible party SAETERN <br />information. Discussed with J. Alaniz, Lead REHS. Emailed J. Salwolke, an <br />answer for this will be given next week. <br />04/24/2023 Received email from J. Salwolke of Accounting requesting for update. J.
