Discussed MURO <br />the alleged complaint with the employee in charge. The employee escorted me to <br />the back patio where the grilling of oysters is done. Did not observe any grilling as <br />it is only done on weekends. Discussed hand washing practices with employee in <br />charge. Verified food handlers are current on their certifications except for the food <br />handler that does the grilling due to being hired a month ago. Employee has 30 <br />days from start of employment to obtain a food handler certificate. The employee <br />in charge stated facility will bring the employee doing the grilling up-to-date on the <br />food handler certification and will discuss proper hand washing practices. <br />Inspection report was emailed to owner at georgescountrycafe@gmail.com.
