Discussed MURO the alleged complaint with the employee in charge. The employee escorted me to the back patio where the grilling of oysters is done. Did not observe any grilling as it is only done on weekends. Discussed hand washing practices with employee in charge. Verified food handlers are current on their certifications except for the food handler that does the grilling due to being hired a month ago. Employee has 30 days from start of employment to obtain a food handler certificate. The employee in charge stated facility will bring the employee doing the grilling up-to-date on the food handler certification and will discuss proper hand washing practices.
