CSA 31 and Zone W will be conditionally serve the proposed project <br /> subject to the following requirements: <br /> GENERAL <br /> 1. Applicant shall pay the normal and customary service charges as adopted each fiscal year <br /> by San Joaquin County (County), including partial year advance deposits for periods of <br /> occupancy prior to placement on the property tax rolls. <br /> 2. Applicant shall comply with County's Development Title and County's Improvement <br /> Standards. <br /> 3. An improvement plan shall be submitted for review and approval prior to development. <br /> 4. An Encroachment Permit shall be obtained from this Department, prior to any work <br /> commencing in the County right-of-way. <br /> 5. The cost for any infrastructure such as extension, connection, placement, water meters, <br /> pressure booster, or backflow prevention assembly of new facilities shall be borne by the <br /> applicant. <br /> 6. New development shall not interrupt any existing utility systems. The Utility Maintenance <br /> Division shall be notified (209) 468-3090 prior to any connection to water, sewer, or storm <br /> drainage conveyance systems and prior to backfilling any trenches/connections. <br /> 7. A Plumbing Permit shall be obtained from the County Building Department. <br /> 8. Applicant shall notify the Department's Utility Maintenance Division (209) 468-3090 at <br /> least 48 hours prior to any connection to the existing system and for inspection prior to <br /> backfilling any trenches/connections. <br /> STORM DRAINAGE; CSA 31 <br /> 1. The cost for any extension, connection, or placement of facilities shall be borne by the <br /> applicant. <br /> 2. All work shall be completed in a manner that reduces pollutants entering the storm sewer <br /> system to the maximum extent practicable, and in accordance with any required NPDES <br /> construction permits. <br /> 3. Applicant shall pay an annual service charge with their property taxes for storm drainage <br /> services. <br /> i <br />
