LIGHTING; CSA 31 <br /> 1. New development shall not interrupt any existing lighting system. If any interruption to the <br /> existing system is necessary, please contact Dwayne Sabiniano at the Department of <br /> Public Works for approval at (209) 468-3024. <br /> 2. Applicant shall pay an annual service charge with their property taxes for street lighting <br /> services. <br /> SEWER; CSA 31 <br /> 1. Applicant shall complete the attached Flag City Wastewater Questionnaire. Self- <br /> regenerating water softeners (those that discharge into the sewer) are prohibited. <br /> 2. Applicant shall complete the attached Wastewater Discharge Permit application. <br /> Due to salinity issues in the sewer system effluent discharge, the permittee will be <br /> required to ensure their effluent has a maximum salinity electrical conductivity of <br /> 1600 pmhos/cm. <br /> 3. Sewer calculations shall be submitted including sewer demand projections. <br /> 4. Applicant shall pay annual (fiscal year) sewer charges with their property taxes <br /> that are calculated based upon the prior calendar year's metered water usage. <br /> WATER SERVICE; CSA 31 <br /> 1. Applicant shall complete the attached application for water service. <br /> 2. Applicant shall install Sensus OMNI+ C2 water meters with Touch-Read and <br /> appurtenances at the proposed 2" irrigation only and 3" domestic services. <br /> 3. Applicant shall install approved reduced-pressure backflow prevention assemblies at the <br /> proposed 2" irrigation only and 3" domestic services. The device shall be tested by a <br /> licensed tester prior to the final inspection and every year thereafter at the property <br /> owner's expense. A copy of the test results shall be submitted to the County Utilities <br /> Maintenance Division (209) 468-3090. <br /> 4. Applicant shall pay for the cost of all water-related infrastructure including but not limited <br /> to extension, connection, placement, water meters, backflow prevention devices, or new <br /> facilities. <br /> 5. Any interruption to the existing water system shall only be done by the Utility Maintenance <br /> Division. <br /> 6. A Plumbing Permit shall be obtained from the County Building Department. <br /> 7. Applicant shall pay a monthly billed water rate based on a fixed rate meter charge per <br /> meter size plus metered rate times the water meter readings. <br /> NITRATE TREATMENT; CSA 31 ZONE W <br /> 1. Applicant shall pay the annual nitrate treatment service charges with their property taxes <br /> in addition to the nitrate metered usage charge collected on the monthly meter billings. <br /> This will-serve shall expire on July 5, 2024.
