(Development Title Section 9-406.060[i]) 2. A minimum of 48 permanent off-street vehicle parking spaces shall be provided (0.75 space per room). (Development Title Section 9-406.040). 3. A minimum of 3%of parking spaces shall be electric vehicle charging (EVC) stations. 4. Each vehicle parking stall shall be an unobstructed rectangle, minimum 9 feet wide and 20 feet long. A landscaped island at least five feet in all interior dimensions and containing at least one 15- gallon-size tree shall be provided at each end of each interior row of parking stalls and between every six consecutive parking stalls. (Development Title Section 9-406.060[1][41) 4. One tree is required to be planted for each 5 parking stalls and shall be evenly spaced throughout the parking lot.
