The Gonstruction of an individual sewage disposal system
under permit and inspertion by the Environmental Health Department is required a
the time of development based on the San I. aquin County Sewage Standards and
proposed population served. All storm drainage and roadway improvements will be constructed
under permit and inspection bV the Department of Public Works.
3. The site is physically suitable for the type of development and for the intensity of development.
• This finding can be made because the parcel is of adequate size and shape to
accommodate the proposed use and the requirements of the Development Title. The
site plan shows that there is sufficient area for the project improvements, in
compliance with Standards of the Development Title.
4. Issuance of the permit will not be significantly detrimental to the public health, safety, or welfare or
be injurious to the property or improvements of adjacent properties
• This finding can be made because the Initial Study prepared for the project found no
potentially significant environmental impacts.
5. The use is compatible with adjoining land use.
• This finding can be made because the proposed uses will not interfere with nor alter
the current land uses on adjacent properties. Surrounding properties are mainly
commercial and agricultural. The nearest residence is on the adjacent parcel to the
4,000 feet northeast of the project site. The proposed use may be conditionally
permitted in the I-W zone subject to an approved Site Approval application.
PA-2300135 & PA-1900295— Findings 2
