The cannery waste land <br /> app area is not a WMU. <br /> RESPONSE: <br /> Correct, the cannery waste is not a WMU. This finding refers to the overall <br /> antidegradation policy. The finding will be updated to clear up any confusion and update <br /> the error message. <br /> COMMENT NO. 25: <br /> (WDR Finding 117, Pg 32). Financial assurances will be updated in accordance with the <br /> CalRecycle schedule. <br />
