Please allow for 120 days following the issuance of the <br /> WDRs for opting into the SCP and NCPs. <br /> RESPONSE: <br /> Table 17 Item 9 will be updated to include a deadline change for Salinity Control and <br /> Nitrate Control Program enrollment. <br /> COMMENT NO. 27: <br /> (WDR Table 11, Pg 48). Several deadlines are within the next 30-60 days and should <br /> be updated once the WDR is finalized. <br /> RESPONSE: <br /> As per discussions with the Discharger, the deadlines in Table 17 (previously Table 11) <br /> will be updated to reflect achievable dates. <br /> COMMENT NO. 28: <br /> (WDR Table 11 Item 8, Pg 49).
