Clean Earth Environmental <br />HOUSEHOLD HAZARDOUS WASTE PROGRAM <br />8 CESQG PROCEDURES (Conditionally Exempt Small Quantity Generator) <br />The CESQG Program will be operated as follows: <br />All CESQGs will be serviced by appointment. CESQGs will schedule an appointment by calling a toll- <br />free number (1-800-207-8222). Clean Earth will respond to requests for appointments within 24 hours. <br />Each CESQG wishing to participate in the program will be required to present an inventory of their <br />hazardous wastes to Clean Earth at least two days prior to the collection event. <br />The CESQG inventories will be reviewed for acceptance and verified that the business is operated in <br />the County of San Joaquin. <br />Upon acceptance, the businesses will be assigned an appointment time for delivery of the waste to the <br />collection site. <br />Wastes from CESQGs will be accepted between 3:00 PM and 5:00 PM on Friday, September 8. <br />Clean Earth will not allow any CESQGs to transport more than 100 kilograms (27 gallons or 220 lbs) of <br />hazardous waste not including latex paint, motor oil, and Universal Waste. <br />Upon arrival at the CESQG, the unloading technician will verify that the participant's waste matches <br />their waste inventory. <br />All participating CESQGs will be required to sign an affidavit verifying that they are in fact Conditionally <br />Exempt Small Quantity Generators as defined by Section 25218.1 of the H&SC. <br />Disposal fees will be accepted from the CESQG and a receipt will be provided, documenting the <br />CESOG's identifying information, type, and quantity of waste collected and fees collected. <br />9 WASTE REMOVAL AND SITE DECONTAMINATION <br />All waste will be removed from the site by 20:00 pm the day of the collection (10/9/2021). The site will be left in a <br />condition equal to or exceeding pre-event conditions. <br />10 TRAINING DOCUMENTS <br />Written job descriptions and requisites. <br />See attachments for training documents <br />(Training Summary for Personnel) <br />3
