For SO2, the closest monitor is the Fresno- <br /> Garland monitoring station located approximately 117 miles southeast of the Project area. Finally, for CO, <br /> the Stockton Hazleton Street monitoring station is the closest, located approximately 23 miles northeast of <br /> the proposed Project. For the purposes of this analysis, these monitoring locations were considered <br /> representative of the air quality experienced in the vicinity of the Project. Table 3 summarizes the most <br /> recent air quality data from 2019 through 2021 with the number of days exceeding the ambient air quality <br /> standards. <br /> Table 3.
