Other Water System Facilities: The Delta Water Tanks have a single pipe serving both fill and <br /> empty functions creating a deficiency in the system. The solution is to install a fill pipe to fill the <br /> tanks and a second pipe to empty the tanks. The Developer or successors in interest shall <br /> contribute their fair share towards the implementation of this design solution. The fare share <br /> contribution may be paid on a permit-by-permit basis or collectively on a lump sum basis. <br /> BEST MANAGEMENT PRACTICES <br /> zz. Timing: Prior to issuance of an encroachment permit. <br /> ccc.Runoff from non-residential areas shall be pretreated on-site before discharge into the <br /> MHCSD public stormwater collection system. <br /> ddd. Catch basin inserts-(Decontaminators)shall be installed in each storm drain. The <br /> decontaminator shall comply with MHCSD Detail SD-22. The type of decontaminators has to <br /> be pre-approved by MHCSD." <br /> eee. "A'No Dumping' marker shall be installed at each catch basin after the catch basin is <br /> installed per Detail SD-04." <br /> ff. Grates and Inlets shall be protected with geo-fabric material during any nearby construction. <br /> ggg.
