Timing:Prior to Final Map approval and prior to issuance of development permits. <br /> c. Consistency: The Final Map, improvement plans and all subsequent development and <br /> building applications within the boundaries of the Tentative Map shall be reviewed by the <br /> San Joaquin County Community Development Department and found consistent with the <br /> approved Tentative Map, including all conditions of approval, the Mountain House Master <br /> Plan, Specific Plan III, Development Title, and all other applicable Community Approvals. <br /> Timing:Prior to approvals and prior to issuance of developmentpermits. <br /> d. Final Map Digital File: A digital file of the Final Map shall be submitted to the County <br /> Survey Department. The digital file format shall be consistent with requirements of the <br /> County Assessor and Community Development Department GIS division. <br /> Timing:prior to approval of Final Map. <br /> e. Road Names: All subdivision road names shall be submitted to the Community <br /> Development Department for approval by the Director. Said road names shall comply with <br /> the "Standards for Road Names and Road Name Changes, Public and Private" of San <br /> Joaquin County. Monitoring Program: The Final Map(s) shall comply with the Mountain House Master <br /> Plan and Specific Plan III San Joaquin County Mitigation Monitoring Program. <br /> g. Monitoring Agreement: The applicant or the applicant's assignee shall fund the <br /> Community Monitoring and Mitigation Monitoring Programs. The applicant or the <br /> applicant's assignee shall also fund the County's efforts to monitor compliance with the <br /> Tentative Map conditions of approval. [General Plan Community Organization and <br /> Development Policy(19)0)] <br /> Timing. Ongoing. <br /> FEES <br /> h. General. Development within the project shall be subject to the payment of all applicable <br /> and lawfully enacted County fees. <br /> Timing. Ongoing. <br /> i. Affordable Housing. The applicant for all subsequent development within Neighborhood <br /> A shall pay the Affordable Housing Impact Fee in effect at the time of building permit <br /> issuance.
