The spill container observed on site is direct bury but the tank forms state that the spill container is in a <br /> sump. CERS reports: <br /> -Riser Pipe Secondary Containment is fiberglass <br /> -Fill Components Installed-Containment Sump <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE:Any change of information must be updated in CERS within 30 days of the changes. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately log into CERS, update the required information, and submit for review by the <br /> EHD. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class ll. <br /> 107 HSC 25292.2; CCR 2711(a)(11)Failure to submit and maintain complete and current financial responsibility <br /> documents. <br /> OBSERVATION: Financial responsibility documents have not been submitted to the EHD.
