A NJ O A Q U l N Environmental Health Department <br /> COUNTY— <br /> Underground Storage Tank Program Inspection Report <br /> Facility Name: Facility Address: Date: <br /> Sprint United Managemnt Co. 3807 Coronado Ave, Stockton October 30, 2023 <br /> SUMMARY OF VIOLATIONS <br /> (CLASS I,CLASS II,or MINOR-Notice to Comply) <br /> Item# Remarks <br /> 217 HSC 25281.5(b)(3) Failure to meet exemption requirements for emergency generator unburied fuel piping. <br /> OBSERVATION:A log of monthly checks of the unburied single walled piping was not found on site. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: For an emergency generator tank system,the unburied piping is exempt from <br /> regulation if visual inspections are made each time the system is operated, but no less than monthly, and a log of <br /> inspection results is maintained. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately begin inspecting the system each time the system is operated, but no less <br /> than monthly, and maintain a log of the inspections. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class II. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments: <br /> Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement <br /> documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting <br /> paperwork, by 11/29/2023. <br /> To minimize person to person contact EHD is choosing to write the name of person receiving the report instead <br /> of having them sign. Starting September 1, 2018, all in-office CERS help will be provided at EHD hourly rate <br /> ($162).
