COMPLAINANT IS AFRAID IT'S A <br /> HAZARD TO THE PUBLIC. <br /> —COMPLAINANT REQUESTS CALL BACK AFTER INSPECTION.* <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> Walk-in cooler--29.00°F Nord 2-dr prep cooler--36.00°F <br /> 2-door prep cooler--Against the wall--35.00°F <br /> COMMENTS AND OBSERVATIONS <br /> Complaint follow up. Met with owner/operator and was granted access for inspection. The walk-in cooler and two prep coolers <br /> were serviced with temperatures noted below.All food observed at>50 F during the initial complaint inspection were <br /> discarded the same day per owner.The exhaust hood was serviced and is now free of grease buildup.The floors and walls <br /> were observed to have been cleaned. No further violations identified.
