All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and have the potential to cause foodborne illness. All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br />the food facility. <br /> #6 Handwashing Facilities Supplied and Accessible MAJOR <br />OBSERVATIONS: Hand sink, by 3 comp sink is totally blocked by waste water mopping buckets. Remove items for full <br />accessibility to the hand wash station. Correct today. <br />Hand sink by the three compartment sink is lacking soap and paper towels. Provide soap and paper towels today. <br />Hand sink by the prep sink, is lacking paper towels. Provide paper towels today. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Handwashing soap and towels or drying device shall be provided in dispensers dispensers shall be <br />maintained in good repair. (113953, 113953.1, 114067(f)) <br /> #14 Food Contact Surfaces Sanitized or Warewashing Sanitization MAJOR <br />OBSERVATIONS: Dishwasher chlorine is at 10 ppm. Provide chlorine 50 ppm today. Repeated violation. <br />Sanitizer bucket is not set up yet. Set up the bucket with sanitizing solution set with chlorine 100ppm today. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: All food contact surfaces of utensils and equipment shall be clean and sanitized. I coach employee on how to set a <br />proper sanitizing solution with proper concentration to sanitize surfaces. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: All food employees shall have adequate knowledge of and be trained in food safety as it relates to their <br />assigned duties. (113947) Food facilities that prepare, handle or serve non-prepackaged potentially hazardous food, shall have an <br />employee who has passed an approved food safety certification examination.
