Hewitt Road <br />Linden, CA 95236 <br />Activity: Solid Waste Disposal Site <br />Operational Status: Closed <br />Land Owners(s): <br />Christine Zador <br />Regulatory Status: Pre -regulations <br />The above facility was inspected for compliance with applicable sections of Division 30 of the <br />Public Resources Code (PRC) and Title 14 and Title 27, California Code of Regulations <br />(CCR). <br />Violations <br />27 CCR 21140 - Final Cover <br />The Operations Manager, Glenn Abrescy, informed the LEA that he graded the surface <br />near the southern fence to repair the fence and to construct a fire lane. Mr. Abrescy <br />was informed during the January 8, 2025 inspection not to grade the surface in this <br />particular area due to possible waste exposure. Mr. Abrescy went against LEA <br />discretion. Exposed waste was observed inside of the southern fence. Additionally, <br />exposed glass observed at various locations of the site. <br />A.
