The final cover shall also be compatible with <br />postclosure land use. <br />B. Cover the exposed waste and glass with 12 inches of clean dirt. <br />27 CCR 20750 - Site Maintenance <br />Burrows without exposed waste were noted on berms and on the ground in multiple <br />areas. This is a continuing issue. No controls have been implemented. Continuation of <br />violation. <br />A. Repair burrows with clean soil. Implement controls to prevent future burrows. <br />No Areas of Concern <br />Inspection Report Comments <br />Notes: <br />1. The quarterly inspection was conducted with Manager, Glenn Abrescy. <br />2. Minimal vegetation observed on site. However, there are areas with thick vegetation. <br />3. There is a decrease in stockpiled concrete at the entrance of the site. Per operator, the <br />concrete was used to reinforce berms. <br />4. The mounds of dirt received from the county have been removed. According to the <br />operator, the county took back the dirt piles. <br />5. During the last quarterly inspection, berms located southwest of the pit were observed to <br />contain organic material and solid waste. Mr. Abrescy stated since the last inspection, he <br />separated material from the berms. However, the berms still consisted of organic matter and <br />solid waste. LEA approved raking out the organic material and covering the remainder of the <br />berm with clean soil. <br />6. An Office Hearing is scheduled for May 8, 2025 at 10 am. <br />7. If owner or potential buyers are contemplating any Post Closure Land Uses (PCLUs) for the <br />site, please be advised that there are additional requirements pertaining thereto. Pursuant to <br />the PCLU provisions of T27CCR, Section 21190, the PCLU Plan shall be submitted to the <br />LEA, the Regional Water Quality Control Board (RWQCB), local air district and local land use <br />agency for review and approval prior to commencing any construction or pre -construction <br />activities for such PCLU. <br />CalRecycle Solid Waste Information System (SWIS) Page 2 of 3 <br />
