Per the Corrective Action Plan, `concrete across the property will be centralized to one <br />location. Concrete will be removed from the site." The estimated compliance date was <br />September 30, 2021. Currently, the concrete is stock piled in front of the site. Operator is to <br />remove the stock piled concrete immediately. <br />4. The berm at the entrance to the old dumpsite is being screened. Per operator, rocks and <br />bullet shells are being separated from the soil. The soil will be reused to reconstruct berms <br />and as cover for the site. <br />5. Operator plans to make changes to the site. The changes consist of adding water lines, <br />planting trees and adding another range. Operator is to submit a proposal to the LEA for <br />review prior to any changes made to the site. <br />6. If owner or potential buyers are contemplating any Post Closure Land Uses (PCLUs) for the <br />site, please be advised that there are additional requirements pertaining thereto. Pursuant to <br />the PCLU provisions of T27CCR, Section 21190, the PCLU Plan shall be submitted to the <br />LEA, the Regional Water Quality Control Board (RWQCB), local air district and local land use <br />agency for review and approval prior to commencing any construction or pre -construction <br />activities for such PCLU. <br />7.
