Hewitt Road <br />Linden, CA 95236 <br />Activity: Solid Waste Disposal Site <br />Operational Status: Closed <br />Land Owners(s): <br />Christine Zador <br />Regulatory Status: Pre -regulations <br />The above facility was inspected for compliance with applicable sections of Division 30 of the <br />Public Resources Code (PRC) and Title 14 and Title 27, California Code of Regulations <br />(CCR). <br />Violations <br />27 CCR 20750 - Site Maintenance <br />Glass waste was found scattered across the old dumpsite. In other areas, burrows <br />were present without visible waste. Fire lanes were covered with a mix of dirt and <br />various debris, including bricks, concrete, and plastic. A concrete pipe was spotted in a <br />dirt pile near the eastern fence. Bullet shells and piles of materials were found near the <br />dumpsite entrance. An elevated pad at the entrance sits on a berm made up of bullet <br />shells, brick pieces, concrete, glass, and other debris. Solid waste was observed <br />protruding from the ground south of the berm, near the entrance. These violations <br />were discussed with the operator, who is working to address them. The violations will <br />remain on the inspection report until fully corrected.
