Transfer/Processing Report <br /> Tracy Materia/Recovery& Transfer Facility <br /> 30703 S. MacArthur Drive, Tracy, California 95377 <br /> Waste and Material Flow <br /> Municipal Solid Waste (MSW) is tipped onto the Transfer Facility floor, MSW is <br /> loaded directly into a transfer trailer truck by a wheeled loader. <br /> Green Material or Green Waste tipped at the composting operations area from a <br /> collection vehicle or self-haul vehicle for further processing as compost feedstock, <br /> or to be blended with food waste following processing for use as an anaerobic <br /> digestion or composting feedstock. Following processing the material is composted <br /> and sold or delivered to an offsite facility as feedstock. <br /> Food material is source-separated food material collected from commercial <br /> establishments which has been produced as a result of food production or food <br /> preparation operations that meets the definition found in Title 14, Section <br /> 17852(a)(20). Food material is delivered directly to the MRF building, or another <br /> onsite building, for processing and blending with green waste, or co-collected with <br /> green waste, for delivery to a permitted anaerobic digestion or composting facility, <br /> including onsite operations. <br /> Co-Collected Organics are residentially- and commercially-generated food material <br /> co-collected with green material delivered directly to the MRF building, or another <br /> onsite building, for processing and blending with green waste for delivery to a <br /> permitted anaerobic digestion or composting facility, including onsite operations. <br /> Construction and Demolition Debris is unloaded at the C&D Processing Area, or to <br /> the sorting line adjacent to the north side of the MRF building, for further processing <br /> and recovery of component commodities. <br /> Commingled Recyclables are unloaded in the tipping area at the MRF Building for <br /> further processing and recovery of component commodities. <br /> 17 <br />
