The site, identified as APNs 253-130-19 <br /> and 253-130-26, is within the eastern half of Section 16, Township 3 South, Range 5 <br /> East, M.D.B.M., is approximately 51.7 acres in size and is located on the west side of <br /> MacArthur Drive south of Linne Road (see Figure 1). <br /> 18 <br />
