Transfer/Processing Report <br /> Tracy Material Recovery& Transfer Facility <br /> 30703 S. MacArthur Drive, Tracy, California 95377 <br /> Measuring Organic Waste Recovered from Mixed Waste Organic (MO) <br /> Collection Stream <br /> The Facility does not receive a mixed waste organic stream. <br /> Measuring Organic Waste in Material Removed from Mixed Waste Organic <br /> Collection Stream for Disposal <br /> The Facility does not receive a mixed waste organic stream. <br /> Measuring Organic Waste Recovered from Source Separated Organic (SSO) <br /> Waste Collection Stream <br /> The Facility accepts Source Separated Organic (SSO) Waste in the form of the <br /> commingled recyclables, source-separated paper/fiber, green materials, food <br /> materials, and commingled green materials and food materials. Appropriate <br /> sampling protocols are used for each organic material stream and are provided in <br /> Appendix J. <br /> Measuring Organic Waste in materials removed from Source Separated <br /> Organic Waste Collection Stream sent for Disposal <br /> The Facility accepts Source Separated Organic (SSO) Waste in the form of the <br /> commingled recyclables, source-separated paper/fiber, green materials, food <br /> materials, and commingled green materials and food materials. Residual materials <br /> removed from any SSO processing are sampled according to the protocols provided <br /> in Appendix J. <br /> SSO Handling <br /> The Facility does not accept mixed waste organic streams. All processed SSO <br /> materials and residuals are stored separately and are not mixed with gray container <br /> materials. Residual materials may be combined with gray container materials and <br /> sent to disposal following the completion of sampling protocols required in Section <br /> 17409.5.4. <br /> Gray Container Waste Evaluations <br /> Gray container waste is sampled once per quarter for determining the amount of <br /> remnant organic material in accordance with the protocols provided in Appendix J. <br /> Incompatible Materials Limit in Recovered Organic Waste <br /> All organic waste types processed on site will be sampled according to the protocols <br /> provided in Appendix J. <br /> 35 <br />
