Transfer/Processing Report <br /> Tracy Material Recovery& Transfer Facility <br /> 30703 S. MacArthur Drive, Tracy, California 95377 <br /> Alternatives to Measurement Protocols <br /> The Facility has not proposed any alternatives. Should an alternative measurement <br /> protocol be approved by the LEA and CalRecycle, it will be added to Appendix J. <br /> Solid Waste Handling at Consolidation Sites <br /> The facility is not a consolidation site. <br /> Solid Waste Handling at Co-Located Facilities or Operations <br /> Source-separated green materials, food materials, and commingled green and food <br /> materials received at the facility are processed and delivered to the co-located <br /> composting facility; the processed materials are delivered to the co-located <br /> composting facility. The processed materials are sampled in accordance with the <br /> protocols provided in Appendix J to verify that they do not contain more than 10% <br /> incompatible material. <br /> Remnant Organic Material Separated from Gray Container Processing <br /> The Facility does not process gray container waste. <br /> Transfer/Processing Enforcement Agency (EA) Verification Requirements <br /> The operator will provide appropriate records and/or allow direct observation of <br /> sampling activities to verify that proper procedures are followed. <br /> Parking <br /> There are parking lot areas as shown on the site plan and listed in Table 7 below. <br /> Current employee and truck parking adjacent to the MRF building is within the 8.4 <br /> acre composting operations area anticipated during permitting of the facility in 1993. <br /> As the composting operations area will be maximized to the full extent of the 8.4 <br /> acres, the employee and truck parking areas will be relocated, truck parking to the <br /> southern expansion area and employee parking to the new parking area adjacent <br /> to the facility entrance, as shown on the site plan. <br /> Table 7: Parking Areas <br /> Service Area Parking Spaces <br /> Office and Maintenance building Current 24 parking spaces, 3 handicap <br /> Entrance Area employee parking New 87 parking spaces <br /> Truck Parking Area New 85 parking spaces <br /> 36 <br />
