Several <br /> areas on the property were excavated. This is an ongoing issue—continuation of violation. There were no <br /> changes observed during the focused inspection. If progress is not observed at the next quarterly inspection then <br /> an Administrative Office Hearing will be scheduled at a fee of$304. <br /> a. Remove and dispose of solid waste at an approved disposal site. <br /> b. Fill excavated areas with clean soil. <br /> c. Refrain from burning. Burn activity requires a permit. <br /> x 21190 - Postclosure Land Use <br /> Comments: Containers of hazardous waste observed on the northern and northeastern portion of the property. <br /> An ice cooler that contained used oil was in front of the shop/ building. The waste was present during the <br /> focused inspection. If progress is not observed at the next quarterly inspection then an Administrative Office <br /> Hearing will be scheduled at a fee of$304. <br /> a. Remove and dispose of the hazardous waste at an approved disposal facility. <br /> b. Storage of hazardous waste is not permitted. <br /> x 20530 - Site Security <br /> Comments: A large section of the east perimeter fence and west perimeter fence are damaged. This is an <br /> ongoing issue—continuation of violation. If progress is not observed at the next quarterly inspection then an <br /> Administrative Office Hearing will be scheduled at a fee of$304. <br /> a.
